MEET JASON

Raised in a family of entrepreneurs in Eastern North Carolina, Jason learned early the value of hard work, persistence, and making smart, calculated decisions. His real estate journey began in high school, helping his family manage rental properties and gaining hands-on experience from the ground up.

While earning his B.S. in Computer Science from Mars Hill College, Jason developed strong leadership and operational skills as both a Resident Assistant and Property Manager, balancing academic rigor with real-world responsibility.

After graduation, he relocated to Dallas, Texas, where he sharpened his real estate expertise working as an assistant to Perry Guest and later with RE/MAX under the mentorship of respected broker Keith Thomas. During this time, he built a strong foundation in transaction management, client service, and strategic growth.

Alongside real estate, Jason also built a successful career as a private flight attendant, serving high-profile clients—including the owner of RE/MAX—an experience that reinforced his commitment to discretion, professionalism, and elevated service.

Now based in San Diego, Jason has closed more than 160 transactions, with property values ranging from $200,000 to $2.5 million. His entrepreneurial mindset is reflected in his personal investments, including transforming an $8,000 401(k) into a $1.7 million multifamily property. Known for his strategic thinking and client-first approach, Jason continues to expand his expertise across real estate, lending, and property management.
