MEET JASON

Raised in a family of entrepreneurs in Eastern North Carolina, Jason learned the value of hard work, persistence, and smart decision-making at an early age. He began his real estate journey while still in high school, helping his family manage rental properties and gaining hands-on experience from the ground up.

While earning his B.S. in Computer Science from Mars Hill College, Jason further developed his leadership and operational skills as both a Resident Assistant and Property Manager. After graduation, he moved to Dallas, Texas, where he sharpened his real estate expertise working as an assistant to Perry Guest and later with RE/MAX, under the mentorship of respected broker Keith Thomas.

Alongside his real estate career, Jason also built a successful path as a private flight attendant, serving high-profile clients—including the owner of RE/MAX—an experience that reinforced his commitment to discretion, service, and excellence.

Now based in San Diego, Jason has closed over 160 transactions, with property values ranging from $200,000 to $2.5 million. His entrepreneurial mindset is evident in his own investments, including transforming an $8,000 401(k) into a $1.7 million multifamily property. Known for his strategic thinking and client-first approach, Jason continues to expand his expertise across real estate, lending, and property management, delivering results with integrity and precision.
