I was in a snag with time and money and Jason changed his clothes, grabbed a weed wacker and went to town on my property! This guy is a stand up man. That is my reason for 5 stars! What realtor would honestly do this? He really displayed his ability to adapt and overcome to our situation and provided the support I needed right then at that moment and all the way through his plan. When showing day came around Jason packed my house with potential buyers that were interested in the community. He got them by attending realtor meetings, spreading the word in the neighborhoods and creating a huge buzz about our property. The pictures were outstanding and the adds that were placed made me want to buy my house a second time. Within the first day we had 5 offers on our home and we were well informed by Jason on the potential buyers and made the right choice with Jason's guidance ending in a sell to a great buyer that closed with no problems just like our plan that was laid out for us by Jason and his team from the first day we met. My husband and I bought our first home with Jason while we were living on the east coast! When we found our dream home, Jason was tremendous at guiding us through the home buying process with a VA loan and even got us 3K in escrow credits upon closing!
